Terry Greenberg, CEO/President

Terry Greenberg serves as President and CEO of Central Exteriors. Terry is primarily responsible for company financials and marketing efforts. Terry moved back to Maryland to join the family business in 2007 after a career in Software Development and Customer Support with several industry leaders (IBM, Tivoli Systems, Southwest Airlines). Terry has a vast array of home improvement knowledge through his years working with Bill. He now holds a Master Shingle Applicator Wizard accreditation from CertainTeed and has recently been recognized as one of the area's top young business leaders.

Mitch Greenberg, Past Vice President

Unfortunately, Mitch Greenberg passed away on 9/24/2017. He lost his long and difficult battle with Cystic Fibrosis. Mitch was an active fighter and advocate who worked tirelessly towards a cure for Cystic Fibrosis. He inspired thousands of members of the CF and Lung Transplant Community. Mitch leaves behind a huge legacy for Central Roofing and Siding Co and is the primary reason Central is one of the top Contractors in the DC area today.

Billy Greenberg, Past President

Bill has been with Central Roofing since 1965. He officially took over as President in 1980 when his father, Murray Greenberg, our Founder, retired. In December of 2014, Bill officially semi-retired and now his sons, Mitch and Terry, run the business. * Note: Not actually Billy's picture

Matt Kline, Senior Sales Consultant

Matt joined Central in 2010 bringing him with him a wealth of construction building experience. Matt is an expert in all areas of exterior remodelling and is a phenomenal trouble-shooter. Whichever issue you would like to tackle for your home, Matt will be able to help you come up with an affordable solution.

Chris Poticny, Senior Sales Consultant

Chris started to work for Central in 2013. Previously, Chris has worked on many jobs requiring construction experience. He is fully versed in roofing, siding, window, and gutter installation. Chris is a great listener and he can help point any homeowner into the most effective solutions for their home.

Ian Buckley, Sales Consultant

Ian Buckley joined the Central Sales team in March of 2017. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the remodelling industry. Ian excels at project management and Customer Service. He loves working on projects and with our homeowners and will be with you every step of the way.

Jon Harteis, Sales Consultant

Jon is incredibly detail oriented and has great listening skills. His goal is to always work collaboratively with our homeowners to find the best solutions for their home. In the summer of 2022 Jon relocated from Rockville, MD to Hendersonville, NC with his family. With the move came a new opportunity to bring his extensive roofing knowledge and experience to homeowners in the Asheville area. He has been with Central since early 2016.

Artem Chanturiya, Sales Consultant

Artem joined Central in Fall 2020. He has been working in the remodelling industry for over 20 years. Artem loves to talk to homeowners and figure out exactly how he can best solve their current exterior issues. He has extensive knowledge of many different types of roof systems - especially flat roofs.

Chris Yanes, Service Technician

Chris brought his extensive skill set to Central in August of 2023. Chris is an expert roof technician that also brings a wealth of additional skills related to construction to the table. He provides excellent customer service and will frequently go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction.

Walter Archilla, Repair Technician

Walt has been servicing roofs for Central since 2012. He has a great eye for detail and excels at helping homeowners understand what is going on with their roofs. He has extensive training on several different types of roofing systems.

Jennifer Renderos, Administrative Assistant

Jennifer joined the Central team in November of 2023. She manages Central's Billing Department and enjoys assisting customers. She enjoys helping our customers and ensuring everyone has a positive experience while working with Central.
